Color fluctuation (missing)

Hi all,

I am having a printing issue when composing colors (like green), in a Lexmark XS950de:

I have done the following: upgraded the firmware to the last version available., replaced the 4 developers, the toners have also been replaced and the main belt, photoconductors have two months and I also have tests with other photoconductors the result is the same. I also hard reset all cable and mainboard, as well base reset a put new configurations.
I also have cleaned the led printhead with the green cable attached

If anyone has experienced this problem, please let me know.
