Toners are new, I printed this test file (http://cream.sourceforge.net/ColorCard.pdf) and I scanned the result.
Can it be fixed? Is it worth fixing it? Thanks

I would suggest you to replace the drum and its cleaning blade, it's quite cheap
In second instance check the transfer belt and its cleaning blade too if they are in good condition.
In last instance could be the fuser, and it is quite expensive to replace it.
