I have a Brother DCP- L2550 printer. When I go to print an envelope it will wrinkle at the bottom corner of it. The rest of the envelope is fine. I am using the correct size and I am inserting it in the correct way in the envelope slot. I have tried to open the back door and printing the envelope that way as well but still wrinkles in the same corner.
There is no other issues with this printer. Printing and copying is working.
I did a visual inspection as best I could and removed the toner cartridge. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
