Setup tray 2 for envelopes

I just purchased the Brother HL-L6200DW printer with a second tray. I searched online to see how to setup the second tray but when I am in Device Settings there is only Tray 1 and Manual, I don't see Tray 2.
Also, once I get Tray 2 set up is there a way to default it to just be for #10 envelopes? When I start a print job where will I select what tray?
