Printing envelopes with 3850 from Libre Office

Hi,
Love my 3850! Effortless printing!
I am trying to print #10 envelopes from Libre Office Writer to the Epson 3850 and haven' managed to do it so far. It's relatively easy to set the envelope information in Libre Office Writer (Insert>Envelope) but when I attempt to print, the text on the envelope is too low by at least an inch or more. I've attempted to jockey the spacing numbers around but no success.. I must be missing something basic, or they just don't talk to each other.. Anybody have any ideas about printing #10 envelopes from Libre Office Writer on an Epson 3850? thanks!
