I would like to print on DL (220x110mm) envelopes but so far I have been unsuccessful.
I put the envelope in cassette 2 aligned correctly even though there are no tray markings for this envelope. I then set the paper size to DL and the paper type to envelopes.
In Word I select Mailing/Envelopes and the correct address is displayed. I then select print and always get the same error message
Close the input tray all the way inside before inserting the CD/DVD tray. Remove any printed paper.
I cannot understand what I am being asked to do and what I am doing wrong.
Please advise
