Hi!
My Epsom is having a mysterious issue, please see pictures attached.
The sheets you can see with text were 2 full columns of text and it has only printed random parts of it in a random mix of blue and pink, all the text is meant to be black.
Printer says ink levels are fine, I changed black cartridge just in case, as you can see on the test pages it also only prints blue and pink and sometimes a black smudge and I believe the box is meant to be finished with a black line, so potentially it is having a problem with black...although that wouldn't quick explain the text sheets as all of that text was black too!
I have run all of the head alignment, head cleaning etc.
