Epson Expression Home XP-442 - No Power and a unidentified part

Hi everybody,

I found this printer and when thoroughly cleaning it I found an abandoned small plastic piece with a reflective part. Who was mobile

I tested the power supply that works.
Would you know if there is a fuse?
