Epson NX530 disconnected from Epson Connect Server, thus not able to complete email printing.

I contacted Epson support and spoke to 2 different help desk employees. They were very patient and tried different things, but were not able to get me reconnected to their server. I will attach current status photo. My last successful email print occurred on 4/26/2023. I’m not sure what changed to cause the disconnection.
