EPSON STYLUS Photo PX820FWD not Printing Yellow, Magenta and Light Magenta

The printer only prints black, cyan and light cyan.
The yellow, magenta and light magenta prints the cyan.
How can I solve this problem?

It could be an issue with either the printhead or the ink cartridges. Start by making sure the yellow, magenta, and light magenta cartridges are correctly installed. You can also try running a printhead cleaning cycle from the printer settings. If that doesn’t fix it, the printhead might be clogged, or the cartridges could be defective and need replacing. Also, double-check that the printer settings aren’t locked to cyan.
