Epson Surecolor P800 Shuts down when sending print to printer!

My Epson SureColor p800 powers of when sending print tp printer! Display says print and print head you hear unlock then moves and powers off! I have done everything possible been printing fine then just shuts down before printing! Any ideas?

Also forgot to mention that i get no error codes on power up all functions work fine just when ready to print powers off

Hey, sounds like it might be a power supply or mainboard issue. If it shuts off right when the head moves, it could be drawing too much power and tripping the protection circuit. Try a different outlet (no surge protector), unplug USB/network, and see if it still happens. If it does, you’re probably looking at a PSU or logic board repair.
