I have just bought the printer to enable me to print panorama images using the roll paper. However, every time I load the roll paper (Epson Premium Canvas Satin Roll, 13" x 6,1 m, 350g/m²), I get an error message saying "paper jam". This is the first time I have used the printer, so there definitely isn't any paper or transport tape/packaging jamming the printer. The paper hasn't been used before, so the leading edge is perfectly square and has no issues.
Is anybody able to advise how to fix this please? I need to print something urgently, and the Epson helpline is closed for the day! Thank you
