Epson SureColor SC-F6200 carriage carriage gets stuck

Hello. Epson SureColor SC-F6200. The carriage gets stuck in one place. You can push it with hand, but you have to use force. Then it moves normally. Maybe someone can tell me what to do? Thank You.

Did anything fall on or in the printhead area? Or along the metal rod track it moves on? Sounds like it hit an obstruction and is jamming.
