This scanner has worked perfectly for years. Now the app does not start. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled from the CD and then updated from the Epson site.
When I click on the scan icon, I see the start up on the screen. But then nothing. So the app where I would choose mode, resolution etc does not start. If I press the scan button on the scanner, it does scan OK. But I have no control over what it does. I am running Windows 10 64, with the latest updates (that might be the issue).
Any ideas would be most welcome.
