Hi, I was wondering if anyone has an XP-15000 printer by Epson. I really regret buying this.
The quality is good but no matter what I do, no matter how many cartridges I buy, it refuses to recognize the yellow cartridge. I cannot do anything on the printer like select the clean heads button, or the reset button. It just insists I change the yellow ink even if its there, even if I checked I had the right number (yellow 312XL), even if I follow instructions step by step.
I have tried many cartridges. And the Epson company cannot help... wondering if I should just sell this printer because this problem makes me unable to use it and I am wasting my money on cartridges.
Please help me!
