Epson XP 8600

Good afternoon all
I currently use an XP8600 which as of this morning seems to have developed an aversion to printing 6x4 photos.A4 and 7x5 work ok.Have cleaned the rollers as best I can.Tried different papers,made sure the feed is full etc.Have taken the tray out to check and the sheet to be printed has moved but then the rollers seems to lose the grip.Managed to get a 6x4 printed via the rear feed though.Thanks in advance for any help received'

What error message are you getting?

None as such apart from "Cassette 1 out of paper" .

You might have to place firmly against the back of tray.

Thankyou for replying. Have made surev the paper is up against the 2 stops at the end of the tray.Still the same.
