Error turn printer off and back on see documentation WF-7520

I've been getting this error and have cleared all jams and checked the carriage path to be clear from obstructions still getting the code. Called customer support and they said it's out of warranty so I have to take it in. This printer has been trouble free does any one know what I can do?
