I am trying to figure out how to turn off the error message that I keep receiving when I turn on my computer. This message is always there for some reason and was not there for my other printers from Brother. I also know that the printer is connected since it always prints, and even when I follow the steps the message gives me it always comes up again when I turn on the computer. I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of this error message because it is really annoying and I should not have to see it all the time. The file attached is a screenshot of what I see when I turn on the computer.
