ET-2500 error

Hi.
ET-2500 connected via usb to Mac Studio with Mac Os 13.6.2 Ventura. Suddenly stopped working: gets the paper, prints the following at the top: “EPSONPrintersXIORemoteCompetiblePrinterEnterCommand1” and then stops.
