Hi, I hope someone can advise please? We have an Epsom surecolour P900 printer we have been printing from illustrator cc for many years without issue. Recently printing is becoming a huge issue, multiple replacing/downloading of the print driver still issues. Sometimes it removes paper and paper size options completely others it runs the paper through the printer without printing then comes up with paper load/jam issue. Please advise we are exasperated is anyone else experiencing this or similar? Thank you!
