Hi all. I have an IBM Infoprint 1145 with finisher and the problem I am encountering and not having much luck finding a viable solution is the finisher is squeaking like crazy. I took side panels off to narrow down which part is squeaking and it appears to be the main transfer roller (in the finisher). IBM is telling me they do not make consumer replaceable parts for this finisher. My question is if anyone out there has had a similar problem and what they did to remedy the situation? I am going to try to apply a little oil sensibly without making a mess. Thanks in advance for your help!
