HL-3140CW - how to reset/recover lost password ?

Hello all,

I bought HL-3140CW a few years ago. We used it for those years and now I replaced it with some newer model and would like to give it to someone but ... forgot its password/pin (the LCD screen). Is there any way I can reset it ? Without the pin/password the person won't be able to connect it to his wifi network.
Please help me.

To add more details: I've forgotten the PIN on a printer so I cannot reset it to factory default setting. I am also not able to reset its network settings since ... it requires to provide the PIN as well.
