I'm sorry to hear about the printing issues with your HP 404dn printer. Have you checked the printer settings, updated the drivers, and tried printing from a different device?

Hi James..Thanka for your reply...Have tried all that...actually what happened is that the client pulled out the paper and toner cartridge, after having paper jam...since then its blank print...

Check Toner Cartridge Levels: Ensure that the toner cartridges are not empty or low on toner. Replace any empty or low cartridges with genuine HP toner cartridges.

Verify Toner Cartridge Installation: Make sure the toner cartridges are properly installed. Open the printer's front door and remove the toner cartridges. Reinstall them firmly, ensuring they are seated correctly and locked into place.

Clean Toner Cartridge Contacts: Clean the electrical contacts on both the toner cartridges and the printer's toner cartridge slots. Use a lint-free cloth or a cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol to remove any dirt or debris.

Update Printer Firmware: Check for available firmware updates for your HP 404dn printer. Outdated firmware can sometimes cause printing issues. Download and install the latest firmware from the HP support website.

Reset Printer to Factory Settings: Resetting the printer to factory defaults can sometimes resolve software-related issues that may be causing blank pages. Consult the user manual or HP support website for specific instructions on resetting your printer model.

Greetings,
Peter
