HP 4525 is showing "59.C0" and won't print

Like the title says, HP 4525 is showing "59.C0" and won't print. This is a used printer that I got second-hand. It has been used in very dusty conditions. I have blown it out with compressed air but haven't disassembled it to clean it or anything. How do I fix this error?

I had the same issue with my printer. i checked online an i got "Developer alienation motor rotation error" mayb these guys can help they have live experts Orion Printers & Parts i hope you get your printer back up!
