Hello everyone
I’m new to this forum. I have a HP 710c. When printing color, the color I get on the paper is washed out and most of the greens go to a blue tint. When I print black and white I also get a blue tint. If I change the print quality (normal to best) sometimes I can correct the black and white but not the color. I checked the printer settings, and under the advanced tab and print quality there is 300 x 300 dpi and a drop down tab, but they are grayed out and I can not access them. I would like to increase the dpi so I might be able to correct the color printing but the driver will not let me. Is there anything that can be done to correct this?
Thanks
George
