I have just installed a brand new toner cartridge in the printer, however I am not happy with the print out quality.
Black areas are not black but different vertical shades of gray.
Maybe the new toner cartridge is defect?
I can create an RMA with the supplier. However the supplier says, that if I return the toner cartridge and it is not defect, then they will charge me. So before I do that I need to make sure the the toner cartridge is the problem.
What if dust has build up on the laser scanner mirror, could that cause the uneven darkness of the print?
