HP M476 Color Laser Printer Quality Issues

Hope you can figure out what is wrong with the print quality of my printer. Here is the scanned image of a test print quality report. Note the black smudging and also variability of the smudging. Is this the fuser, intermediate tranfer belt, or something else. Can I just clean it (how?)? Are rebuilt ones good? Thx

This the guniune problem .Check the paper type setting as follows
1. from software select Print Option
2.Now Select the product and then click the properties or preferences
3. Click at Paper/Quality tab

it cleared up when i replaced the toner cartridge. i use aftermarket ones. i think i have a better supplier now.
