HP officejet 6210 all in one "load paper" message?

hi....i keep getting the "load paper" message, when there is paper loaded.....i contacted HP tech support and they want to sell me a new printer.....went to online support and cleaned the rollers, as they suggested......nothing worked and i really like this printer....

need some suggestions, if this can be fixed....thanks in advance.
