The office purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 8210. It worked great. It came with Start up Inks 954. We went on line to purchase replacement inks from staples and found that replacements were now #952, so we purchased those. When the startup Cyan was finished, we used the 952 and it came up incompatible. Fits fine but none of them work. Talked to HP and they at first said it was 955 that we wanted and tranferred me to customer support who informed me that HP does not make 955 anymore.
So okay - no replacement ink, no working printer - any suggestions?
