I’ve trouble printing black ink

Hello, I tried everything from using the HP printer cartridge ink cleaner, cleaning the printer head many times, cleaning the nozzles to replacing the black ink cartridge with a brand new one. But still, nothing has resolved this issue, so please help me. thanks!

Hello, I think I tried to copy something in black and white but, the page came out blank.
