I have an Epson R320 printer and a while ago I ticked the box to print in grayscale to reduce colour ink usage.
Now though I cannot turn it off. If I uncheck the box, to print a colour document it still prints it in grayscale. I've tried creating and saving a new custom setting with grayscale unchecked but every when I go back into print settings or try and print something off sure enough - grayscale is ticked again and this damn printer is not going to let me print in colour!!
Anyone else had this probelm or even better - know how I can fix it!!!!
