my question is about an epson wf pro wf-4720. we have had the printer for about 9 months and we were still on the ink that came with it but we purchased ink replacements when we bought it because salesman said the ink that came with it would only print about 20 pages. i replaced all the cartridges and it charged up and all were full did a test page and had to do a cleaning and it still wasnt printing correctly so did an additional cleaning cycle and now all but the black cartridge reads empty. the question is: Is this normal or is there something more severly wrong.
