Hi, hopefully this is where I should post this. Really need help.
Bought a new MFC-9130CW, and when I try and install the driver I get the is052 error I see is quite common.
This one:
is052 InstallNetworkDriver 1
Brother support says to turn off AV and firewall, so I did. Still didn't work.
I tried the disc, the download, and even tried having Windows find the driver.
So support told me it's a problem in the registry, and to contact my pc maker.
Well.... that's me.
Has anyone found out how to get past this error and got the driver and software installed ?
