Greetings,
I have a Konica Minolta bizhub 364e set up in my office. It is shared with all the computers in the office, through a university network.
Most of the time this printer prints fine, but every once in a while it stops working I imagine at least once week. Turning off all the power to the printer seems to fix it most of the time, but it will usually last for another week or so before repeating the same problems.
Problems include:
-being unable to send print jobs to the printer although the printer shows that it is online and responds to pings
-receiving print jobs but printing out:
ERROR: ioerror
OFFENDING COMMAND: setcolorspace
STACK:
[/CIEBasedABC -dictionary-]
I have been checking the printers settings frequently and all settings appear to be correct. I've replaced the ethernet cable to the printer several times and tried reinstalling drivers.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Or whether it is a printer hardware problem, or a network problem?
Thanks for any assistance anyone can provide.
