Looking for paper sensor

I keep getting a paper jam message and there isn't any paper there. I checked and shook the machine. Epson said it might be the paper sensor, but didn't show its location. It's an Epson Artisan 810. Can anyone tell me where the paper sensor(s) is? What does it look like? If that's not the problem, what might it be?I can't get the machine to work. Thank you.

The location depends on the printer. As for the appearance, it's usually small and rectangular black. For sensor replacement, I think you better ask your provider for the exact type or model of sensor for the printer.
