On my old windows computer there was access to all sorts of functions - paper quality, sepia etc etc.using my ip5200 printer, but now I use it on my laptop nothing of that is downloaded and basically all I can do is print - no access to other functions (including head cleaning etc.). Has anyone come across this problem?
