Magicolor 1600W Remote Panel Utility and Windows 10

I have a new Windows 10 computer (having finally given up my Windows XP one) and installed the Konica Magicolor 1600W printer I have. It prints fine. No problems there. It shows the Remote Panel Utility icon, but clicking on it does NOT bring the Remote Panel Utility up. Help?
