Does somebody know about Ricoh Device Manger NX Enterprise please ?
I'm managing about 1300 Ricoh network printers and we need to update the DNS settings on each one.
The thing is DMNX doesn't want to do it and I don't understand why.
The server needs to have the DMNX Management Extension installed and it is :
And off course the extension must be enabled, which it is :
So yeah, I'm stuck, when I listen the network interface of the server, a communication seem to happen toward the test printer but the setting does'nt change.
I hope i'm lucky and somebody knows about that
