MP 501 not sending Email to Gmail group

All emails sent to Gmail Group are not been delivered.

Only Mailbox email are working fine.


If you select the (e-mail address removed) pre configured email on LCD Panel. Emails are delivered.

Only works when you select the specifics user email, maibox like (e-mail address removed).

does not work send to> (e-mail address removed) ([email protected]. (e-mail address removed), name3 ...)

Is this a Gmail Issue or an advanced configuration on Ricoh Printers ?
