No color after 5 months

I have an HP Envy 5540 and after 5 months the color will not work. I can get a sample page to work but nothing from Word docs or articles will print in color. I have tried the troubleshooter which only got me more confused. Will I need to do a system restore?

If printer has not been used for 5 months, suspect clogged print head or cartridges.
