Printer and ink for temporary tattoo

Hi I'm Ellen from Indonesia. I'm thinking to make my own temporary tattoo as business, printed on tattoo inkjet/laser paper. I don't really familiar with printer and the ink. Can anyone help me, what type of printer that friendly use and safe for skin to to make this tattoo?

I've read a few articles about soy ink and green printing. But I couldn't find any type of printer that suitable. Can anyone help me to give me information about this method of printing? maybe canon/epson or hp have that type of printer/ink ?

i'm not so sure that any old inkjet printer would work for this. to be honest.
