Printer Being Selective ??

Have a HP Laptop and a Canon MX452 Printer.. Why I don't know but my Printer is acting Moody ...lol... I made an online purchase with Home Depot and was able to print off a copy of the Purchase & Shipping details.. Not same with an online purchase with Marks Work Warehouse, it wouldn't print off Copies of Transaction.. I have Windows with a Microsoft Edge Browser.. WiFi Connection.. Help & Ideas Appreciated, Cheers Thanks
