Printer has sat. New cartridges. Prints blank pages

Bought a Artisan 810 at a garage sale. No doubt a bad idea but paid next to nothing. Installed new aftermarket cartridges. Ran check print heads/clean heads multiple times. Just prints blank pages. The cartridges show up full when you look at ink levels so they seem to be recognized. I’m guessing the heads are really clogged with old ink from sitting for a long time. Any way to clean them manually? Any other ideas?

Get an Ink Jet cleaning kit that has a syringe and cleaning fluid with it. Then follow the directions in the kit. I have saved a few printers this way.
