This is possible via a print management software. A lot of my clients use PaperCut as it is one of the most cost affective. It will also gives you other function such as cross charging (if needed) and rules based printing like default black and white , duplex printing or even redirection to a different machine if the print job is large and more cost affective on a different model. It works on nearly all other printers too so will get information from those to.
