Printing Problem

Hi

I have an Epson R220 and recently tried printing an e-book from a supplier I had used before. When the print had finished I noticed certain letters were missing from the printed copy eg JAZZ CHORD printed as JA CH RD. When I tried printing each page separatly it was fine. I sent the PDF file to my daughter who printed it out without a problem. I later bought a couple more e-books and they were fine.

Does anyone have any idea what happened with one that failed?
