Printing Problem..

I have an Epson Stylus DX4000 which has been fine for some time but just recently I typed out message on my Word 7 page which I wanted to print out in red but it will only print in yellow. I have checked the ink cartridges and they are all full.
Please can anyone tell me what is going wrong and how do I fix it?

What I do is type 4 words, put them in a large font, bold, then have 1 word black 1 magenta, 1 yellow and 1 cyan. This is a way of seeing if there are any problems.
Then try a nozzle cleaning if one of the words doesn't print correctly.
