I hope someone can help me. One week ago I had a paper jam after that printer said the paper transport belt is dirty (Err 57000). I cleaned the belt and the error message was gone. Now I wanted to print something. The printer starts printing the picture for about 10cm as usually and suddenly the paper stops moving while the printer is still printing. After a while the printer says there is a paper jam. I tried it several times it's always the same. He starts printing and moves the paper as usually and then he stops moving the paper
What could be the problem?
