Hello guys, Dee here. Hopefully someone will have an idea of what is wrong with my R1800. The last three colours to the right Red Blue and Gloss Optimizer will not clean, I have even taken them out and manually cleaned the print head, but the test page still shows problems. I used the proper head cleaner with no success. I'm thinking of taking the print head out again and soaking it overnight. It's too good a printer to dump. I actually bought a WF7720 to replace the R1800, but was unable to get a photo of any quality, so I'm gonna stick with the R1800.
