Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a project that requires high quality custom stickers and labels for product packaging. I’m looking for options that are durable, have vibrant printing and can withstand wear and tear during shipping.

While researching, I came across this site that offers custom sticker and label solutions. They seem to have a variety of options but I’m curious if anyone here has used their services or can recommend similar ones.

If you’ve had experience with custom stickers or labels, I’d love to hear about your suggestions and what worked well for you!

Thanks in advance!

Consider material, adhesive, print quality, weather resistance, customization options and customer reviews when choosing a custom sticker and label printing service.

Custom stickers and labels are such an important part of good packaging, so it’s great that you’re exploring durable options! I’ve worked on a few projects where durability was key and here’s what I’ve found works well:

  1. Material: Look for vinyl stickers they’re water resistant, scratch proof and hold up well during shipping.
  2. Printing Quality: Ensure the service offers UV resistant inks if your packaging will be exposed to sunlight or heat.
  3. Finish Options: Matte or gloss laminations can add an extra layer of protection and enhance the look.
I haven’t tried the site you mentioned but another good option is Sticker Mule they’re known for high quality and durable stickers. Would love to hear what you end up choosing!

Durability comes down to a combination of substrate, adhesive and finish. Vinyl and polypropylene films are tough and water resistant, while paper-based stock tends to scuff or tear during shipping. Pair them with a permanent adhesive rated for the temperature and surface of your packaging, and consider adding a clear laminate or UV varnish to protect the print from abrasion and sunlight. For vivid colours, ask about pigment-based inks or solvent printing; they hold up better than dye inks. It can also be worth ordering a few samples from different providers to see how the stickers survive handling and shipping before placing a large order. There are many suppliers that specialise in durable labels; choose one that offers the materials and finishes you need.
