I recently purchased a Brother DCP-L8410CDW for my iMac and the print quality is very poor with a lot of ghosting, black only is an improvement and even using a Windows 10 system, the quality is rubbish. This is a brand new printer and Brother can't really help either. Its going back for a full refund.
I am looking at the Xerox C15 or the Kyocera M5526cdw but not sure which to buy. The Xerox C15 has issues with power and a specific fault that is maybe connected to firmware and the Kyocera, whilst still a current model is fairly old. I am swaying to the Kyocera. Does anybody have any opinions on these?
